We use PayPal to collect and process payments. Payments are processed off this website and with a secure (SSL) encrypted connection as required by PayPal.
To complete your purchase from the RUSH Bazaar (online clearance outlet), you will provide your Paypal login information and credit card number directly to PayPal. PayPal's privacy policy will apply to the information you provide on the PayPal website.

We do not hold your credit card information on this website (we only hold your name, email address, postcode and gender for those customers that sign up for our RUSH Lounge or RUSH Bazaar sections of the website).
In order to make a purchase from us, you must register and conform your details to our RUSH Bazaar or RUSH Lounge sections, and use our payment provider to finalize and pay for your order. Its privacy statement and security practices will also apply to your information. We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information.

We will communicate all information regarding your purchases from the RUSH Bazaar via email. For this reason it is important that you provide an up-to-date email address. Sometimes we may also contact you by phone or post if you provide these details to us.
Occasionally we will communicate our latest offers to you. You have the right to unsubscribe to these messages. A link to unsubscribe will be provided at the bottom of all electronic communication. Any other communication you receive from us will also have instructions to unsubscribe. After receiving a request for us to unsubscribe you, we will do so within 72 hours.
